I was really really happy with this hotel! First of all, I wrote a note while booking the room where I said that I wanted a nice room with big windows if possible because I will surprise my boyfriend for his birthday. When arriving the very nice lady in the reception told me that everything was done and she even gave us an upgrade. When arriving in the room I saw that they even decorated the room a little bit with balloons, even a Happy Birthday quote on the mirror, and some sweets and cava. I was really really happy and more than satisfied with choosing this hotel! Thank you very much again and hopefully see you soon! :)

Excellent breakfast, beautiful comfortable room, very comfortable bed. Everything was very clean. There was no noise at night, so we could sleep very well. Location was great for exploring the city, we could walk everywhere. Plenty of shops and restaurants around. The stuff was friendly and helpful. We have enjoyed our stay a lot. The only thing I would like to mention is somewhat weird design of the shower: there is a milky glass wall towards the room, so the person in the room can see the siluette of the person taking the shower. It didn't not bother us, but it might be uncomfortable for someone else.

The location is very good, with everything in walking distance, close to a metro station, as well as two of the hop-on hop-off stations. It is also outside the crowded and somehow dirty narrow streets of the city center, but still very close to this universe. I also appreciated the fact that they knew about my husband’s birthday celebration while there and they welcome us with a very nice room decorated with chocolate candies, ballons and a nice hb message. Good breakfast.

The rooms are tastefully decorated, combining modern aesthetics with cozy touches that made our stay incredibly comfortable. The reception staff were exceptionally helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is also a major plus, with several bus stops and a metro station nearby making it easy to explore the city. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Valencia!

It had everything we needed. Location is awesome, walking distance from the city centre, just next to the botanical garden.
